Watchdog Handling
- The device has a watchdog [WDT].
- If the watchdog is enabled, it is is fed during flash programming.
- If the watchdog is configured in window mode, the watchdog is not feed.

- The PIC32CM SG00 GC00 devices have a BOOTROM with security functions which extends the reset time.
