The GigaDevice GD32F5HC are 32-bit general-purpose microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M33 processor.

Watchdog handling

  • The device has 2 watchdogs, FWDGT and WWDGT.
  • Both watchdogs are fed during flash programming.

Reset

  • The device uses normal Cortex-M reset, no special handling necessary, like described here.

Attach

Attach is a debugging feature which exclusively applies to J-Link and J-Trace and does not apply to Flasher.

Option Byte Programming
