The Renesas R8C/22 family is a series of 16-bit microcontrollers based on the R8C CPU core. These devices combine high-speed operation with integrated peripherals such as timers, a 10-bit ADC, serial communication interfaces, CAN, LIN, watchdog, and GPIOs, making them suitable for automotive, industrial, and general-purpose embedded applications.
