Internal Flash
The internal flash is divided into 3 different regions:

Right now, J-Link does support the APSS flash only.
Watchdog Handling
The device has a watchdog that is fed during flash programming.

Reset
- The device uses normal Cortex-M reset, no special handling necessary, like described here.

The chip has 3 processor cores:
