How to find your Embedded Studio License Number

When requesting technical support for Embedded Studio, please provide one of the following information for reference as Product S/N or license number.

Registration Number

With the purchase of Embedded Studio licenses you received a Registration Number for each license. You can review your licenses at https://myaccount.segger.com.

Activation Key

With the purchase of Embedded Studio licenses or the request for a free license you received a License Activation Key. For free licenses you can find the key in your e-mails. For purchases licenses you can find your key at https://myaccount.segger.com.

When the license is stored on a J-Link, you can also find the license activation key in Embedded Studio -> Tools -> License Manager... -> Diagnose Problems

Activation Information

If you cannot find your Registration Number or Activation Key, provide the activation information from Embedded Studio. Go to Tools -> License Manager... -> Manage Activations and include all information shown there, such as Ethernet MAC Address Lock, J-Link Serial Number Lock, SUA Expiration Date, License To, and Vendor in your message.

In the support ticket form, include the Ethernet MAC Address or J-Link Serial Number, as well as the Vendor (if present).
