Minimum requirements

  • J-Link software V7.89f or later

Preparing for J-Link

  • Connect your J-Link to the JTAG header (JP2)
  • Power the board via USB (GD-LINK CN100)
  • Verify the Connection with J-Link Commander. The output should look as follows:

Example Project

The following example project was created with the SEGGER Embedded Studio project wizard and runs out-of-the-box on the GigaDevice GD32G553Q-EVAL. It uses LED1 up to LED4 as 4-bit binary counter.
