Module connection limitations

The Flasher software can connect to modules behind gang programmers. Multiple processes can connect to the same module behind a gang programmer. While a process is connected to a module behind a gang programmer, connections to other modules behind the same gang programmer are rejected.

Example:

• Multiple connections to module 1 are possible.

• Opening a connection to module 2 while a connection to module 1 is open is not possible.

Troubleshooting

When a connection to a module is rejected unexpectedly...:

1. Check whether another process is already connected to a different module of the same gang programmer.
2. Close any applications or background processes that may still hold a connection.
3. Try connecting again.
