Cadence HiFi 5s

The Cadence HiFi 5s is performance DSP for Machine Learning/AI, audio and video processing applications. The HiFi 5s is based on the Cadence Xtensa LX architecture.

This core is the successor of the HiFi 5.

J-Link Support

Since V8.78 of the J-Link software, debugging of the HiFi 5s core is supported.

Debugging support is mainly provided via Cadence Xtensa Xplorer IDE + J-Link GDB Server. For more information about how to setup JLink GDB Server, please refer to the J-Link GDBServer knowledge base article.
