The Silicon Labs SiWx917 are 32-bit wireless microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M4 processor.
Flash Banks
Devices of the SiWx917 series come with 4MB or 8MB of internal flash memory that is managed by the firmware. Only valid RPS images can be written to flash as the firmware checks their header and checksum. The following partitions of flash memory are available:
